STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED for any services in this salon It was my first visit to be u salon and have taken a few of the services like wax, threading, hair treatment, and so on, few were ok but most of the services were very unsatisfying, and workers behaved so unprofessionally during the complete session, and have always used very minimal products, and even tried to reuse the same product due to which I even got rashes over my body. When I mentioned the same people working there were very rude and were not even ready to listen to my concerns which were more humiliating. In this industry, it`s very necessary to have customer satisfaction but these be u workers have zero understanding of it. I would highly recommend NOT visiting this salon as the money paid was not at all worthy of what they provide. These people should feel shy to call themself a brand or a chain that is working in any location. They treat their clients as if they are fools and have visited the salon for the first time, how hopeless and stupid I could say people are. If you are new to the city don't get fooled by the ratings. I feel most of the reviews were fake to manipulate customers after taking 4 to 5 services.
My wife took service from this salon, she is very disappointed the staff were not trained and they charge is too high if you compare with other place
