First Zumba class was accelerating! Vinnie is not only an entertainer, energetic, a fabulous instructor but she is an incredible professional. She motivates to work hard on your self.....Always has a smile, truly cares about everyone... The studio has different styles of workout sessions basically a class for anyone and everyone. Looking forward to my next class.....I encourage folks to try it once, you'll be hooked!!!

I've been practicing yoga with Pummy for a while and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body - I gained so much flexibility and strength! It's challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of the training I can feel great results. The hour I spent doing yoga with Pummy was the best hour of my week. I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It is truly both body and mind yoga, so if you've been having a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path. I would definitely recommend it! Thank you.
Trust me guys i am damn lucky that i got a instructor like Vinnie. I mean she is spectacular instructor with full enthusiasm and energy. She motivates us a lott to be fit and healthy. At starting i had so much self doubt and my stamina and energy level was very poor. But through the best guide and track now its being 1 month my stamina has boost up and everyday i feel like to go zumba.
