My whole family has been a member of this gym for more than one year and I can say this is the best gym in this area. There are three different specious sections for cardio & floor exercise , leg section and weight & machines are. Modern machine and well maintained. Trainers know their job and very supportive and give clean advice to achive your goals. Environment is very comfortable for female guests. I higly recommend Pro Method gym

It's a great gym, I've been a member for around 10 Months now, the trainers are educated and well mannered, it's easy to ask queries, discuss fitness beyond the workout you're doing for the day. The machines are well maintained and there's a separate area for cardio, leaving room for a variety of movements that you might wanna try. It's hygienic as well! Over this period, I've without any painful sacrifice lost a significant amount of bad fat and gained healthy muscles.. I'm more energetic and strong now and a large part of this development is because of the gym.

Pro Methods gym is undoubtedly one of the best gyms in Vasundhara. I have been personally training for quite some time now, and I have received nothing but guidance, support and fun gym trainers. Easily, it's best with amenities, facilities and trainers. Its well maintained, spacious and well equipped. Additionally, they have created separate divisions for cardio and strength training which makes it easier for the user to access these areas. I have been a member of Pro Methods Gym since last 2 months and I must say overall it has been a very good experience.Excellent gym and great staff who are always happy to help. The owner himself is very passionate about his work and always look around for gym members if they need any help or knowledge about the exercises. Our Trainer Rohit Sir provide proper guidance even if you don't go for personal training option. With his expertise followed by an appropriate diet plan that he suggested, I achieved significant results in less the 2 months. The best part is that I am neither starving myself nor taking any kind of expensive supplements. The gym itself is separated in 3 different sections with legs and cardio in different area with huge space to perform various activities. Highly recommended!

Pro Methods is the most appropriate fitness center for performing workout..they have best in class equipment (jerai), separate 3 sections for upper body, lower body and cardio. Most importantly the owner (Mr Nishant) is very passionate about his work and its glimpse can be seen in every details of this gym. The trainers are very knowledgeable and provide their guidance even if you dont opt for PT. Their recommended execrcise plan is very effective and they dont include any exercise whoch can be injurious. A very disciplined and encouraging environment Imust say. Highly recommended for all who wants to start their fitness journey or wanna enhance it to the next level.

I must say this is one of the best gym in vasundhara region. The environment is very good, the equipments are advanced, more importantly they have separate halls for different exercise. It goes without saying that the trainers are very experienced and highly supportive. My experience with sailesh ji (trainer) is phenomenal. The jest of training and constant support is certainly a forte of sailesh ji. Overall, a wonderful place to train yourself both physically and mentally.
