It's located under the basement area of a building. A lot of people come here to get in shape. The ambiance is pretty good. It's a well-equipped place with cross-fit and all. Trainers are strict which is a good thing. Awesome gym just joined it yesterday and trainers are very very helpful to train and very friendly behaviour great to see that I have selected the right gym for me at a very very reasonable price

ladies personal trainer is very much rude and greedy, she forcefully asked ladies members to join aerobics if they denies she behave rudely by throwing taunts on them. She even not allowing to raise volume of music on pretext that she is not comfortable in high sound. Unfortunate to see that if someone raise sound, she forcefully reduces the sound. Music must be of her own choice. I guess if such behaviour continued and management kept their eyes closed then very soon members would prefer other gym. Once appropriate action is taken I would love to increase stars.
