The staff & hospitality are helpful. Rooms are spacious, but Cleanliness needs to be improved. AC is not great Underground parking is available

Hotel is neat and clean but service is very bad. I need to ask the reception 2-3times to which on the AC. After that he sent a lady to switch on the AC from outside room. And same way we need to request 2-3 times to switch on the geyser but still they have not switched on . So we had cold water bath at 5 am as we are checking out early .Their main concentration is marriage hall they are not giving proper service to hotel.

Priyanka Residency (above JC wedding hall) Only advantage is underground parking lot for about 5 cars. Instant Geyser takes half an hour to take bath per person. Noisy AC makes you sleepless. Leaking tap makes bathroom slippery. Broken stool in bathroom may hurt you, if you sit on it. Very dirty bucket and cup. Transparent curtain in room makes even day sleep miserable. No towels given. Only one soap was given for two persons. Lot of mosquitoes inside closed AC room. Better choose some other lodge if you need comfortable accomodation in Little Kanchipuram. I think only such rooms will be put to use for any JC wedding hall related accomodation too. Those who wish to book rooms for wedding may take note of this.

I just go there for school's annual function. Good air conditioned hall. But during peak hours, be careful for the car driving in this place.

a) water leaking in toilet, extremely poor sanitary equipments b) insufficient towels c) mosquito hub d) untrained staff with zero courtesy f) dirty bed and bed spread. Have stains in many places g) No back-up power. Had to carry baggages from 3rd floor. There were female staff to help, hence we chose to help ourselves. h) water heater switch was not distinctive, it was same as fan switch i) intercom was programmed improperly. It states press 9 for reception, but when pressed, it goes to 207 room. j) fan regulator not working Long story short. Everything is wrong with this hotel. To the hotel management: You need experienced people to handle this hotel and grow higher. Wish you good luck. Room taken was 208.

The walls are dirty. One has to climb up a step to get into bathroom. Worst is the poor reaction of the manager We were leaving the room and had asked tea to be given to another room. When we returned, came to know the lady has opened our room and kept the key. When we asked manager how the maid can open our room, he replied very rudely that key is kept with him and cleaning staff and they would have kept the tea. To my Q how they could come to our room when we are not there he was very rude is saying that you don't need to worry and if anything lost we should inform him. I am very shocked with such rude behaviour of the manager and very poor service
