Lots of cockroaches. They don't handover AC remote control. AC is shut of where you are asleep from counter. AC switch is not provided in room. Hot water facility is not provided. But yes, hot water sprays out from hand shower which is used to clean buttocks after your nature's call.

This is the worst hotel where I ever stayed.I had taken ac room but the ac was not working. The rooms are soo small and suffocating and the ac doesn't work.Small suffocating room+no ac+ with mosquito. The staff are of no use. He came, checked and never came back. Trust me, please donot choose this hotel for your stay. Please avoid it. There are alot of options but please don't come to this hotel. It is nearby station but fr this reason you have to sacrifice your sleep as well as health. Trust me, avoid this hotel and find a better one nearby. Hope my review helps.

It is a budgeted guest house. Located near New Delhi Station, Just 5 minutes walking distance . Market is also near. Lot of hotels for food. AC and Non AC room available.

Power Supply is very Bad So Many connections are loose and when we are staying in hotel room switches of AC caught fire at 12 am in the mid night My Suggestion : Please avoid this Hotel even the prices are reasonable

Very suffocating in ground room. Behavior of the staff is very rude and never expected such people in the capital city of India. Bad experience.

Good room Good staff specially Santosh ji is so humble food was delicious

The rooms were too small & dirty & most of them had no windows. Bathroom was unclean & the fixtures and sanitarywares were broken. Service was fast but you need to go down to the reception desk to get someone because the landline in the room was dead.

No wonder, the place was clean and family oriented, I felt it was pricey, also the travel agents out there take tourists on a ride. I think that's normal and not their fault, Shambu the travel advisor and guide was very friendly and easy going, the worst part of the package was the Agra trip and the travel guide Pardeep Pajoi was so unprofessional and unethical, he made the tour look so miserable firstly by not allocating a seat in the bus and then he threw a lot of tantrums despite taking heavy money from me.
