I have never seen this kind of irresponsible and reckless staff. Such a lazy staff from Nurses to the Doctors. Zero Co-ordination between the billing staff and the nursing staff. They don't give bills for OP and Infusion charges. Special mention to Mr. Uma Maheswar Reddy, he is the one who took 1:30 hrs to just write a prescription. I seriously don't understand why somebody takes that much time just to take a prescription. The nursing staff are scared of this man for the prescription, when I have asked them they were like "he will send the prescription to the first floor once he writes". Last but not the least the Pharmacy Staff, they didn't have the stock of some tablets, they said it's very important and that's why we are concerned and then they had asked me to wait for 5 mins where they took 15 mins to get the tablets just to charge me an extra amount of discount they got from Appollo. That guy had told me in front of my eyes to charge MRP where he got it at the discounted rate. Conclusion: Never visit this hospital if you are systematic in your life this hospital staff will test your patience to the core.

Their subordinates doesnt know right medical tests by looking at the Doctor's test Recommend,unknowingly the make us do more no.of tests and drag money.Doctors never come in time,at the least they come 2 hours late.
