Privilege Inn in Malad West pleasantly surprised me with its affordability and the quality of service provided. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality, Privilege Inn is a commendable choice. I left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Mumbai. What truly stood out during my stay was the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. Despite the hotel's 2-star status, the service was on par with higher-rated establishments. The employees were courteous, helpful, and displayed a genuine eagerness to ensure that my stay was pleasant.
I had the displeasure of staying at the Privilege Inn recently, and it was a nightmarish experience from start to finish. The staff's behavior was shockingly bad; they were not only unhelpful but also outright rude. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth. The service was abysmal. It seemed like a chore for the staff to attend to any of our needs, and requests were met with eye rolls and sighs. This attitude was consistent from the front desk to the restaurant. It was as if they had no interest in providing a pleasant stay for their guests. I wouldn't recommend Privilege Inn to my worst enemy. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations.
Neat clean rooms but very small. Had almost all the amenities. Service is good. The buffet breakfast is better than average but not the best one. It's near the metro station and very clean and people are helpful. You can get taxi, auto nearby. There are plenty of other facilities nearby.

Very very bad experience from the manager who was rude, I was a regular customer here, but from last 2 weeks the night manager sanket has been so rude.... kindly fire him so that you don't keep loosing your clients...this is so sad....do not book this hotel guys, specially for the night... I was a recent guest here and checked out after 2night stay This place looks run down. The fan works only on 1 speed The room was really small for the price being charged. Hardly any space to move around. The way the table and chair is set up , it isnt comfortable if you want to work the entire day remotely. Not recommended.
