Building is 25 years old, the columns & beams have developed cracks, only external painting done in the recent past, no repairs done to the load bearing structure of the building, no facilities like a gym or swimming pool, no children's play area, no backup power for lifts or staircase. In the evening the road coming from building to Sanpada Rly Stn becomes a vegetable market and it is difficult to drive 4 wheelers. It is simply not worth 1.5 Cr. Only benefit of this building is that is it next to the Sanpada Railway station.
