The co-ordinators are falsely promising that you will get your admission fees refund, but they are only asking for 24-28 hrs and after 72 hrs they called back and said that, is there any proof like text/ call recording/ mail, of our coordinator promising. Even though the co-ordinator said verbally. This was my mistake that i trusted. But they failed to fill the promise. Very satisfactory experience.

Don't ever share the number with these guys.. they will call and keep calling until you buy something from them. One of the worst healthcare agencies I've come across.

Overall it was a great experience. Contacted them for my mother's hemorrhoids surgery. Experience of the doctor consultation was good, all hospital arrangements were made on time and follow ups were done on time as well.
