Pristyn Care - Surgical center in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Don't ever contact Pristyn care. They have cheated with my money and the support is not good at all. I, Manimalar.L from Chennai undergone liposuction surgery before 2 to 3 months in IMAX Healthcare, Chennai. The experience I went through with surgery was comfortable. But there are many issues with the whole process. Initially I contacted via pristyn care and an person named Ashwin from pristyn care referred to IMAX Healthcare. I then contacted IMAX Healthcare directly. Knowing this Ashwin from pristyn care insisted that doctor will perform surgery only if i perform surgery through pristyn care and forced me to perform surgery through pristyn care by saying he will assist completely till the end of the process. The payment for my surgery was done at the hospital. Dr. Sasikumar was the doctor who performed surgery. The surgery was split into 4 parts. I paid for all these 4 parts of the surgery. 2 parts of the surgery were performed and I was not willing to perform remaining 2 parts. I was promised that refund will be initiated. After the surgery I asked regarding the refund of remaining around 50000 directly at hospital and they asked me to contact pristyn care for refund. Till now I don't have a proper response from Ashwin till date and Pristyn care are not letting me contact Dr.Sasikumar. is there any solution to this. It's more than 3 months and I still have got my refund. Even the garment for my skin recovery was not provided immediately. I had to contact so many times and only then I was given a garment. Pristyn care and Ashwin from pristyn care are fraud. I didn't have any issues from Dr. Sasikumar, the overall experience with him was satisfactory. The 3 stars i have given is for Dr. Sasikumar otherwise I wouldn't have given a single star.

Dr.Abilash Mathivanan is such a genuine person. Explains the problem and treatment clearly. Kind and easily approachable. Post Surgery review is really good. I would suggest go for it. Thanks to pristyn care for hassle free appointment booking, insurance claim and follow ups throughout the surgery and post surgery. Muruganantham is the coordinator for us from Prystin care and he really did a good job in handling all the process and provided timely updates. Really happy with Pristyn care.

We have a superb experience visiting the clinic. Writing in place of my mother. She visited Dr. VISHNU ENT for severe ear pain. He was very calm and kind .The Dr found that there was severe fungal infection and cleaned her ear then and there. The Dr made sure my mother was comfortable and relaxed during the process. He also advised us to get sugar test done for her upon listening our complaints and to our shock we found she is newly diabetic. We are really very thankful

Consulted Doctor Abilash in pristyn tambaram branch. He is thee best doctor. My husband had fissure problem. Doctor identified and explained clearly in the way we can understand. Rather than advising to do surgery, he prescribed medicine and helped curing it. Thanks to Dr.Abilash

Dr. Prabhakar Padmanaban is a very polite and understanding medical practitioner. He is extremely professional and humble. I am personally very grateful to him for helping me. The surgery was successful and he was in contact about my health post surgery and gave me proper advice. Even after the surgery he gave me guidance till I recovered back. He is highly efficient and dedicated. We are extremely satisfied with service and hospitality. Thank you to the team as well.

Would never recommend pristyn care to anyone. Post laser surgery no doctors available for guidance. After 10 days of surgery still suffering from anaesthetia dosage headache and vomitting side effects. Had been admitted to hospital again to recover.

It is trap.. if you have surgery through them you will be in trouble. After surgery you cannot do follow-up. They will not disclose doctor contact number. The hospital also afraid to give contact number of surgeon.. finally you have to die...

I have a great experience from there. Operated Under Dr Aman Priya he was a great doctor very well explained the procedure before surgery and after the surgery regarding the post operative instructions. The rooms were neat and clean with caring attitude from all staffs including doctors, nurses and even ward boys are there to help you. From the initial contact with them to till they drop me in my residence they were keep in touch for every activity . Thank you very much Pristyn Care for your service
