Well, Overall Very Good Experience.!! Thanks to Pristine care and her representative Ms.Jyoti for end to end support for my mother cataract surgery of left eye. But still there are lots of scope for improvement. Specially on clarity about on overall expenses and post treatment services.
Very bad service, the patient get re occurence of pilonidal sinus after lazer surgery, the surgeon provided by pristine was unexperienced. We don't get any help when we inform about it to our health care provider( mr. Anuj kumar). Also they make a loan for repayment which is based on reimbursement. Totally scammed.
Got the cataract surgery done for my parents. Hassle free experience, from consultations to surgery.. All the staffs were very helpful and provided guidance at every stage. Very patient with all the queries, I Strongly recommend Pristyn Care!
Two months after the surgery, the problem started again. Later met Dr. 3 times saying every time take medicine you will be fine.

I approached them for a minor surgery and my overall experience was very satisfactory. And especially Dr. Ravi Sharma, he answered and counselled me to get rid of the anxiety that I had and pacified me to make it smoother. And he was very approachable for any questions or for any help regarding the treatment. And the team with pristyn care were very helpful till the discharge and even after the discharge was done from the hospital.

There are lot of scope to improve. Right from coordination to choosing good hospital. Doctors are good but management could have done much better. At one point of time, coordinator is not reachable at all. However, on some parameters they are excellent compare to others. Dr. Mohsin is excellent and very much caring and reachable.
