Priyanka Arora , staff presently working there has been extremely insensitive as she kept on calling and threatening me with messages even after asking her to close the enquiry . It's a humble request to keep sensitive and intelligent staffs to handle customers and not staffs like PRIYANKA ARORA who has tortured me to a breaking point and is truly unfit for this job. A humble request to remove her out of the team for pathetic and unforgivable conversation with me and pathetic customer handling.
