Service was gud.but not trusted .they said 50000 for surgery but they claim my insurance for 111000.cheating company.

I had a surgery done on 2nd feb evening and got discharged from hospital on 3rd evening. Poor coordination with team pristine care and hospital. I was in Mehta hospital and their single room AC is so bad. But hospital staff except for Insurance coordinator lady was polite. I paid close to 1.26 lakh for the surgery. One Mr.Dinesh from pristine care was fist point contact the he stopped answering my call because he is from sales. Then one Mr. Sanjiv from Prystine care who needs some training on phone etiquette's training. Only Mr. Sharon is somewhat okay to deal with but he is also helpless. The surgeon who did my surgery never visited me at all but charged me 1.26L they don't share the contact also. Now I'm in deep trouble need help but it's just the CC executives will answer phone and they will try to connect with Doctor and it won't happen. Pls visit the hospitals directly these corporates who have maxed medical a business don't care for customer but money.

I get details from online. once i raised queries in their website they immediately contact me. Service provided by the team was really Good with Regular Follow up. When compare to cost wise nearly high variation between the estimated cost and billed amount. It's was an insurance, so we don't feel. If it is a our own expense, definitely it will be a big shock for us. It's okay, PristynCare team will give excellent support from the beginning to end of the process. Thank you for your kindest support.

The Doctor Deeraj is superb. Very kind and understanding person.. But the ground staff and the hospital staff are not up to it. I hope my feedback would help Pristyn to get it's act together. When we take the package we expect everything to be flawless and smooth transition to the final out come.. Ones again the doctor and the anesthesiologist doctor. . Was very caring and professional. I would recommend them

Looking at the reviews, I thought Pristyn Care would provide an exceptional service taking care of my illness. But after the surgery I completely understood that they r the biggest frauds. While everyone are suffering due to this pandemic, these kind of people are just wanting to make money out of this situation. I now wonder how could these reviews be so positive when this kind of worst service is provided. May be they give ratings for themselves to cheat people. I am one of that victim. My humble request to anyone who looks at this review. Please don't prefer Pristyn for any surgery.

Excellent service by the team. Good follow ups.. Surgery estimates could be sharper since its insurance we don't feel it was bit higher than estimate but if it's our expense it will be a big shock to the patient family..But keeping this aside Pristyn team given excellent support from beginning to the end of the full process.

I visited Pristyn care for my father for hernia and consulted with Dr.Gaurav , the doctor was very helpful and guides us through the process and surgery that was needed to correct the hernia. The team esp Sachin and Kanishk were coordinating from the point we planned for the surgery and post surgery too. Thanks Kanishk for your help and making the experience hassle free.

Should rename to pristine careless..no proper support. Surgeon was good but the coordination people have no knowledge.. my many bills are pending They admitted one worest hospital IMAX Chintamaneni ..se the image they even don't have proper instruments.
