After surgery and all bills paid, Prystin care was unable to arrange follow up with doctor. Then I gave warning that I ll raise a FIR against Prystin care and Doctor. Then it will arranged. After Surgery Doctor was on Strike for 9-10 days.. and not taking any follow up. At that time it was very painful.

I got laser fissures treatment in Bangalore under Pristyn Care doctor Mr. Zeeshan Ali such a great doctor gives me a hope and makes fearless from surgery. And I would like to thank Jyothi Siva personal care coordinator took responsibility about treatment, insurance, cab facility and time to time made a call and asked the improvement and the Pristyn Care team for their efforts and help. From consultation till follow-ups, there was always a representative available for assistance.

The hospital which was suggested for was very bad they made me to wait for 3 hours in hospital for room and they shifted me to OT their they made me to wait 1 hour since they didn't get the insurance approval . Most horrible thing the didn't gave me any medication and pist surgery guidance till my discharge since my insurance didn't got approved.I had send my all insurance documents shared before 3 days of my surgery and the they told got the approval from my insurance and fixed my surgery. But at the end customer support team told me they are not responsible for the insurance delay .Patients to take care of insurance process but before admission Pristyn care team told you need not worry we will take of each and every ting from admission till discharge but your team doesn't keep their promises. It's been almost 20 days after my surgery but till now i didn't received my investigation reports i asked several times but no use .very sorry to say this very bad experience with your service after surgery .

Doctor Mr. Tamay Jain sir was very good but food was very bad during the hospitalization provided by prystin care executives and services not provided by prystin care after discharge from the hospital, after discharged from hospital they don't care the patient.

Hi... My self Rizvan, Here that i have very good experience with Pristyn Care. I have got problem with Fistula I don't no this is the fistula case from past 1 year and am daily facing blood bleeding in my motion place. Also recently am searching solution and i got Prisyn care contact Mr. Piyush he taken care of all my documents and he introduced to Doctor Mr. Harshavardhan he explain my about fistula and with in 3 days i have taken appointment in Manipal hospital and Same day surgery Happen after day i got discharge. Dr.Harshavardhan very humble and very helpful any time if ask anything about my health issues is giving very positive support, Yesterday only i have met with Dr. And removed my stitch and now am recovering day by day. Hopefully another one week am 100% covered of Pain. One more thing I have to inform about Prisyn care if you have Helth insurance card thye will take care in admission of hospital and discharge 100% insurance covered you have to pay nominal amount to Hospital at time of Discharge.
