Pristyn care is a worst . Don't go in their clinic. If their is a feature of negative marking, I definitely give negative marking

Pristyn care really cares about its customers from initial phase of consultation with doctor and admission of customer's into hospital till final phase of discharge. Providing good quality of doctors and treatment They do provide services of cashless (insurance)

I've an awesome experience with Pristyn Care, where everything was cordinater by them, all the paper work, admission and discharge process, enquiries, follow-up checkups after the surgery. Special thanks to Mr. Ajitesh and his manager Mr. Utsav Khare who has made this experience so smooth. :)

Prystyn care is good channel of hospital n doctor but need to be very careful , who is going to operate your case n post surgery care n counsel required to verify from the appropriate people. I have received counselling but hospital was not with trained staff, I feel, doctor was also not so experienced, as after surgery I had problem but nobody was available, and the method they promised was not used in operation. Any how then I had consulted with best surgeon n they checked me well n shared your operation was not done in a way that should be. I am so disappointed with care n people of Prystn care, They need to be hire well trained n an experienced surgeon with team.

Like many of you I also took Prisrtyn Care service seeing Hrithik putting the tag line "Chalo Surgery mein Care le Ayein". But actually it came out to be just a "Remote Customer Care" We took their service and were told they will pick my patient from home, there will be Care buddy, will assist in Admission to Discharge and anything in between. But in reality, neither they picked patient, nor there were any Care buddy to assist admission and discharge etc. Even the operation time kept on changing from moving 8am to 5pm with patient remaining hungry. They finally took patient in OT at 4pm but again he was made to sit on hard wood stool till 5pm. Post Ops also no one came from Prestine Care. We had to beg each time for Doc visits until discharge. So beware of their misleading ads and use direct hospital service without any such third party.

Dr. Vineet Pathak is one of the best doctors for anything related to Proctology. I was suffering from Piles and was not able to find a long term treatment. I visited a Pristyn Care clinic where he after examination prescribed me to get a surgery. They use a laser treatment for a quick and minimally invasive surgery. My experience was really good because I recovered so quickly with absolutely no complications. I am grateful to the doctor for all the moral support along the way too!

Extremely smooth, seamless and positive experience. Wonderful doctor and attendants. Very pleasing nurses, wardens and hospital staff. Overall a great experience and we are taking SURGERY. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Great Job Pristyn !!
