Extremely Disappointing Experience Today my father had a hair transplant consultation scheduled with Pristyn Care and I am utterly disappointed with the way things turned out. The lack of professionalism and organization displayed by the company is beyond frustrating. Upon arriving at the clinic for consultation, I was informed that the doctor I was supposed to meet was not available. Despite having a confirmed appointment, pristyn care failed to ensure the doctor's presence, leaving me in a state of confusion and inconvenience. It's shocking to see such a disregard for clients' time and expectations. A simple confirmation with the doctor could have avoided this entire situation. This experience has left me questioning the competency and reliability of this service provider. If they cannot handle something as basic as scheduling and confirming appointments, how can they be trusted with more complex procedures like a hair transplant? I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. A company that can't even ensure the presence of their own doctor for a scheduled appointment is not one that deserves your trust or your business. This incident reflects a severe lack of professionalism and customer care that cannot be ignored. In conclusion, my experience with pristyn care was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I hope sharing this review will help others avoid the same inconvenience and dissatisfaction that I faced.

Dr. Naveen Kumar is a very good surgeon and he is very good in his field, I am very happy with the results of my surgery, he is really an amazing doctor, friendly and professional as well. I have never seen such a doctor who is so dedicated and committed towards his work.

I had my piles and fissure surgery with pristyn paschim vihar centre. Surgery was ok but the only problem with the pristyn doctors is that they don't give much time to patients and after surgery they don't even care about the patients. They will give you appointment but doctors will not come which waste our time as well. Pristyn team should under stand that not only doctors time is important patients time is also equally important. Their motive is to earn money and not the patient wellbeing. I request to all the patients that don't go to Pristyn at all.

Experience was really good with Dr. Naveen in every aspects. But I had a bad experience at the time of discharge. We had to wait for more than 3hrs just coz Prystin care team were facing some technical issues at there end. Despite of the situation of the patient they didn't let us go though the formalities from the hospital end was completed and they called us to the reception and ask to check out. We requested to the team that let us go as the patient was not able to sit at the sofa due to the surgery pain, but they just didn't understood anything. Other then that the hospital they had booked were not having bedding for attendee. Rest the staff was good there.
