One of the worst hospital. Doctors including staff are behind money. Even though it is a follow up service still they start charging for one or other services by recommending to undergo unwanted tests and also pressurise patients to get admitted to ICU even though it is for small wound and scare us to purchase everything from their own pharmacy. Above all, if you have got treated from this hospital thinking it is good and nearby but for follow up treatment the doctor will ask you to visit his clinic which is quite far, why should the patient be made to run around.

Came here with my Sister who had a fracture in her leg that had to be operated. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Manjusha from the hospital would come regularly to take feedback on our experience and attend to our requirements. Surgeon and the team of doctors were very experienced and gave us confidence through the process. The nursing staff and the attendants were very kind and supportive.

The hospital is fully equipped with good class equipments to treat knee surgeries and the it's related treatments. Doctors here are experienced and took good care of my mother who was admitted for knee surgery. Timely check by hospital nursing staff helped in my mother's recovery and the staff here are very soft spoken and understand's patients issues and provide treatment accordingly.

Hospital on the main road ,,. Old infrastructure but maintained well.. Been here for an emergency , wife fractured her leg, was attended immediately, have there own X-ray lab,, given first aid and discharged.. Duty doctor and the staff were supportive and cooperative.. Touch wood it was diagnosed as a ligament tear..

I had admitted my mother for surgery relating to disc prolapse on the spine at pristine hospital and are happy that surgery went well and my mother has recovered soon. If anyone is looking out for a second opinion and surgery related to ortho i would suggest this hospital. Thanks to Dr. Prasanna and his team.

Came here for the 1st time for OPD, was shocked at the Poor and pathetic response from the under informed staff Manning the counters. Appointment given for 5.45pm no news of the Doctor till writing the review at 7.00 pm. Whereas staff kept telling he would arrive shortly. I am totally dissatisfied with the out Patient Department. Cannot comment about the other facilities.

I felt homely atmosphere when I was in the hospital. Doctors are good and respond to the problems immediately, the nursing staff so kind and humble and the attenders are so caring and I am satisfied with the care taken by the staff members. Thank you.
