This is a nice place to get your photos printed. We went inside and were a little sceptical since we wanted to get only 1 normal photo printed but we had a very good experience here. The staff was very helpful and got us what we wanted. They also have a lot of different frames and albums available in the shop that you can look at. One thing that can be improved is that there should be someone to help in designing the albums. We wanted to check out ideas but were told that everything is available on the website itself ( which we were already aware about).

Most unprofessional staff. Especially the person who answers the call. They always have a standard reason of staff not being present or always busy. Definitely not going back to this Yelahanka branch. Printo has to take cognizance of this and solve the issue. Kindly train your employees on how to speak to customers.

Super expensive.. 3 times more than others in the market. Rs 42/- for each A4 size brochure. I wanted to order for 100 - 4200 plus gst. Got it done from a different place and it was done for Rs 1800.

I went to take some photo prints, service is good but little bit slow. Staff is cooperative. They have lot of collections pens, t-shirts, magnetic photo frames.

The staff is very rude they act as if they are doing something big for us and we're not paying no asks anything just tells to wait no response always laughing and having fun not answering queries very much disappointed never visit this branch

No one staff response I am waiting 10 to 15 minutes in the store but no one asked me Very poor service! They ask us to wait for hours and don't even speak to us properly. Not ready to listen to queries. They say that there are so many people waiting and we have very less staff and most of them are either on breaks or not even there. Very disappointing and not recommended!

Worst staff, they don't even know how to talk, more over they will delay orders by more than 10days and managers are irresponsible that they will give lame reasons. I had worst experience with Printo, please avoid Printo.
