It is located near the airport, just 5 min drive to the kochi airport. Rooms are spacious and Bathrooms clean. Good for spending the night stay when you arrive late at night. Rooms rent are affordable at Rs1800/ day for AC rooms. Cons: Bathrooms don't have Geyser, Hot water available in the morning only. Used soaps are not cleared. Single towel & soap provided. No room cleaning in the morning. No breakfast available

Very bad destination, not clean, no more attractive interior, no hot water, no tea making facility, AC s not working properly, No restaurant ... Cost s very high with least facilities... (Wrongly posted the rate only 1000 in Google maps )

good place, good rooms, budget friendly, good service, when you are serching for an airport hotel this will be the best, and they provide cab service if you need, and good facilities , good breakfast, there are good restaurants if you want to have from outside. they have good parking area. in the room they provide all bathroom amenities and towels. clean and neat rooms laundry service, best hotel in this price range.

Good place to stay for a night's halt. Service is good. The staffs are also cooperative. They also provide airport pick-up and drop service on a complimentary basis. But the building and rooms need renovation and maintenance. Rooms are nice and clean. Reasonable price.

Budget hotel. Worth for price. Very close to Terminal T1 T2 & T3. You can actually hear the flights take off sound from airport in your room(only if a/c& fan is switched off-never a disturbance). And they will give you complimentary airport drop at anytime which is very helpful especially in odd hours. Rooms have adequate space, tv, cupboards. Expected cleanliness is there for the price. Over its nice staying at this hotel. Staff behaviour is also very friendly.

A good value for money hotel located close to the airport. I spend two nights at the hotel as I had work in Kochi for one day only. The location was ideal for my late night flight and early morning flight on day of leaving. They offer free pick up and drop to hotel which is a great gesture. The place is clean but basic. They have got hot water all through the day and night which was great. Overall a great stay for a good price.

Took two double non a/c room. They call if double deluxe non a/c room. But, I didn't why it's called a deluxe room. The room was just filthy. Especially, the bathroom. The doors had some white markings all over. The mirror inside also had some white markings and we were not able to see clearly on the mirror. The bathroom sink was not properly clean. There hair and all stuck and the water was getting clogged. Even though the windows were closed and the bathroom door was closed, mosquitoes somehow get in the room. The walls of the room were all falling apart (the paint). The bath towel given was also filthy. Not clean at all, the towels. They also don't provide drinking water. There were some water in jug even before we got in the room. We can't say how long it has been kept there. Should have at least provided a mineral water bottle in the rooms as you call it deluxe room. Check-in takes a long time. It's the first place I see that needs the ID cards of everyone staying. I have stayed in many hotels in lot of places but, no other place asks for ID card of everyone. Since, we were not aware. One of our member didn't have his ID card with him. They, didn't allow the other 3 members get in the room while the other person is waiting to receive his ID card as a photo from his home. Even, after telling the other two members were a lady and a child. We reached there at 01:15 AM and we were only allowed to enter the filthy room at 02:00 AM. Check-out at 09:00 AM. Horrible experience. Don't ever expect anything luxurious when you go here. I won't recommend this place to anyone. It was also very expensive. For the condition of the room that it was in, it was costly.

The counter person is a genuine soul.. location is walkable..don't follow the map blindly..take the right from the airport exit.. hardly 5 min walk...food is available nearby..sarwana bhavan is there..one can opt to stay here..!!
