The hospital is filled with all the amenities and facilities in an affordable cost. It is well managed and neat and clean. I had seen an orthopaedic doctor named Dr. Irfan N he was very nice, courteous. He heard all my issues and examined carefully. Had to do an X-ray and CT scan and those people were also very supportive. I am surprised to see the facilities there with so much of low cost. I am also wishing the management all the very best.

"The worst hospital I've ever seen. The surgeon doesn't provide an appeal letter for the Chief Minister (CM). Instead, they offer their own CM system, which only covers 60k out of a total cost of 6-7 lakhs. The medicines are expensive, and they even charge for doctors' gloves and masks. "

I found the management to be unprofessional and disorganized. The lack of coordination led to confusion as I was directed between incorrect departments and room numbers multiple times, indicating a lack of awareness among the staff about their own workplace. My experience with the reception service, particularly during the payment process for a blood test, took an extended 23 minutes for two people at one counter to handle the payment. This prolonged duration and lack of efficiency were concerning, reflecting a level of unprofessionalism that needs improvement or security rounds to check whether staff is really working. Coming to my reports, which were misplaced, leading to an additional 20-minute wait while the staff searched for them. Moreover, it was disappointing to discover that the findings were not generated, which further took additional time to conclude the report's findings. It was not a surprise to see that the radiologist reflected a convenient and slow style of working, as if it's the same work behavior among every staff. The findings were generated, but the radiologist or the doctor needed to sign for it was away (as usual) from the desk, further inducing delay. So far, almost 1 hour and 15 minutes were wasted in this process only to make a payment and obtain report findings, which were completed on the previous day. The doctor who was supposed to be attending patients in his assigned hours is elsewhere. Nevertheless, to mention the lack of management from start to end, which is a total waste of time in the process. Such examples may lead to a fatal life experience for a patient.

Aslkm Esra hospital i worst i have ever seen . All the management is dull and slow . The only think they mind is money money money Doctor dont know how to talk with attenders . Dr.faiz dont have behavior he is totally mad dont have sence to talk

Under the management of Owaisi group Princess Esra Hospital has quite changed since it's old times. The management has made sure the premises are kept clean and strict protocols are followed (what I have experienced). Place is well lit and not gloomy at all unlike other Hospitals in the city which are like those haunted places where we get all those negative vibes because of the ambience.

My mother was admitted with paralysis of right side ,we took her immediately to esra hospital in neurology department.Now she is absolutely normal .I thank Dr Sandhya Manorenj madam team and ICU team who took well care of my mother.Inshaalla.For any stroke you will get treatment properly Asri also available treatment tre treatment here

Last year my mother got an Heart attack and as esra is near our home we admitted her into this hospital and she was there in the hospital for 17 days. Alhamdulillah my mother is fine now doctors are very good

This Dr Faiz ahmed is a very waste and not a doctor. I request akber uddin and asad uddin to remove him from the hospital. He doesn't know how to treat very stupid and idiots.
