I'm completely genuinely literally satisfied by hospital service & treatment & hospitality. Nominal & reasonable affordable charges with even discount for deserved & poor patients. Staff is fully supportive. This hospital is very famous for baby delivery. Though infrastructure isn't luxurious but treatment is outstanding. This hospital runs by trustable charity & Zakat.

I went to see Dr Saad (Gastro specliast) around 5 pm and he only came around 6:15. Many people were waiting from 4 to see doc. Consultation only lasted for two minutes and prescription was given. Doctor was in hurry. Good thing is there is a place to pray. Alhamdulillah

This is a business not a hospital, human life is not valued over here. They will always prefer operation over normal natural delivery. Here the cesarean cost is 100000. We consulted Dr Maliha Raof

Affordable hospital. Doctors are always late by 1-2 hours or more. No empathy by doctors on patient's time. It used to be one of the good hospital before 2016. Also some dr (specially gynecologist) preferring only reports from the hospital and that too with preferred radiologist who again are not on time. Some Dr dont accept outside reports. Also the management is in the hands of a person who himself is a good Surgeon but not disciplined. In short they lack discipline and empathy towards patient's time. If they can improve it, then hospital can run and improve. If not some other will come and take over like how its done to Esra Hospital.

All staffs are good and specially NICU nursing staff is too good and coperative Happy with their work
