I have used watchshop many times and always been very satisfied, but you do not get the measure of a company until you have an issue. I am very pleased to say that with my last order there was two problems, one of my making and one was theirs, but both where dealt with equally, very quickly and very efficiently, . location good.supporting staff.

Giving two star based on the owner behavior n attitude.. . Apart of collection we can reach any showroom but if shop keeper didn't maintain customer relationship ...I dont think...I wiil visit sach place again.

Worst place. I gave my watch for repairing and it's been approx 2 months but still I don't know where it is. Whenever I go to their shop they say we'll inform you in 2 days and I never received their call. The number given on the receipt doesn't work and even if it rings they don't pick it up. When asked why don't you receive the call they say it's the landlines fault not ours. I called in front of them and they say "bhaiya hum kya kare apka ring jaa raha hai to....wo to machine kharab hai".

Variety of watches available from titan and ranging from low end to high end. Great place to try and buy you a perfect watch.

Gone for watch straps but dont find my choice of strap, also there is lack in service repair coz the repair man is absent.
