Prince - Hotel in Kottayam - Kottayam, India

Room was not good and not as in pictures given .. i booked room for 1500 in booking .com as an offer price and the reception team said the price was 2500 in their system and made me pay 2500'. Actually the payable amount was 1500 as per the website it was not a good deal and action from the team.. the room given was not clean, bed amd pillows were uncleaned pillow cover was dirty brownish in colour and stinky.. room no 105 was given to me .. it was a conjusted and nasty room with no windows.. for such a price i would have another property and a far better room .. actually we were cheated by showing a better room in website and giving a worst one ... it was most awful expirience in my life..

Not so great experience. I left some of my belongings in the room while checking out. And when returned to the hotel to collect it, they were helpless. Rooms are good. Bar service is just 'okay'.

Not recommended for professionals. They dont know how to give a GST bill. Had lot of trouble making them understand during check out. Rooms are dirty, smelly. Bedsheets and towels are filthy. They dont change it also. There is smell of alcohol from bar as soon as you enter. No laundry services available. Dont prefer.

"Do not judge a book by it's cover." This is what my wife told me when we saw the room here. Treebo Trend Prince is a bar attached hotel. The front view of the hotel from main road resembles a local bar. As I was travelling with my wife and 10 months old kid, we did not want a local bar to stay. We thought of looking for a different hotel initially. Since we were right in front of the hotel, we changed our mind and thought of seeing the room once. The room was a decent one which was up to the treebo standard. Even though there is a bar which non-residents at the hotel can use, we did not have any trouble in our stay. We had a very pleasant stay here.

Bad hotel. Not value for money. Rooms are smelly. Beds pillows and towels are not so clean. The damn worst part of the hotel is breakfast. They can stop giving complementary breakfast. Atleast guests will have a good breakfast outside. Front desk is damn slow. Bitter experience

This a third grade hotel , more of a local bar . Request Treebo to remove them from your search . The Hotel stays are worst . If you order a coffee if might come up by next day morning . There is no lift , no bell boy, no one at the reception . They don't provide anything to eat. never ever even suggest such a place to family. When asked for hot water in the morning , replied with " can move to another room where hot water is available to take a bath and come . You are charged like a three star and their services is less than hostels.

Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean but the room is smelly, all the corridors are smelly because of the open bar. It's not a family place to stay, breakfast was a disaster and service was worst. So it's a only boys place

An average hotel. I mean you can't expect much of a quality at this price point. Service is very pathetic. Breakfast is with no option, providing it as compulsion only. Not ready to accommodate any changes or optional items.
