One of the well maintained and premium house boat in dal lake. The hospitality was top notch, helping staff were polite, food was absolutely delicious. Overall the experience was magnificent and it is definitely worth visiting this house boat. Tariq and Sharieef were really helpful and took great care of the guests. Really appreciate all their efforts and kudos to their hospitality.

This was the best houseboat that i have stayed in Kashmir. The location was great. The rooms were very luxurious and clean. The staff was fabulous. And they were very helpful and caring. Food was fantastic. It was a quite fantastic experience.

I had very great time staying at this amazingly beautiful place. Staff are so helpful and kind and food are amazing. Love staying here even it's summer now. Weather didn't bother me because I was enjoying the beautiful view of Dal Lake and mountains all the time. Going to miss this place and will come back to this lovely boat house again. An excellent place to stay. Hospitality at its best. A whole new experience and the best place to stay in Kashmir. Suhail and his team of Tariq and farooq made us feel like home. I would recommend this place only to experience their hospitality.

When you think of Srinagar, you think of Dal Lake, then you think of House Boats. Prince of Kashmir is a luxurious House Boat, tied up with Club Mahindra, with most of its standards maintained. I stayed in this House Boat for four nights. Initially, I was a little hesitant to stay in a House Boat for long duration, as I was concerned about Water smell, comfort level, food etc. However, after checking in, all these doubts disappeared. Dal Lake has lot of plants floating over the top, people might easily mislead it to fungus, but it is not. They are just plants coming from inside the water. No smell from water, whatsoever. The comfort level and food in the boat house is pretty good and the caretaker took care of all our nitty gritty during the stay. Also, the shikara is provided free of cost, for travel between boat house and the ghat.
