Prince Lodge & Banquet - Hotel in Siliguri, Panchanai - Darjeeling, India

This hotel is hilarious and very bad I strongly recommend not to go there anyone. Only the location is good . They have gave a a room which was totally different then I had booked. Smelling cigarettes smoke in the room. Very bad AC . A third class Air conditioner. And the manager was full of freaking attitude . Kindly don't go there it's a hell not a hotel

It's a very nice room,neat and clean,I suggest every couples to go their once and avail a service of good Manager and staffs. Location is very peaceful too.

Facilities inside the room is worst I felt. There is no proper window no wifi and TV connections. Please enquire this place b4 uo book rooms

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel 5 minutes from the Darjeeling More. Car goes right to the hotel and the their valet are happy to drive it to their parking for you. Staff is kind and helpful.Ultimate ambiance,. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. I did not try the food but the restaurant looked quite nice and if I had to guess, I would say the food would match. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt.

Worst hotel in siliguri. Very dirty and damp walls. Shady place. Located in a locality with residential buildings all around. This doesn't even looks like a hotel. It looks like it is a private building illegally converted into a hotel. Waste of money.

The rooms were VERY dirty and there were bedbugs and cockroaches all around. We changed 3 rooms due to bedbugs until we were exhausted of options, and they told us that they don't have any other beds. It was late night otherwise we would've changed our hotel. I don't recommend anyone staying at that place, it is not at all maintained properly. The staff was very rude to us, everytime we showed them the room, showed them the bugs and asked them to change our room. Not just bedbugs, the linens were very dirty, and there was a lot of dirt all around, as if the rooms haven't been cleaned for ages!!

The prince lodge doesn't deserve any review at all. I will not recommend any one even to them who don't have other choices. Your last option should be footpath not this lodge. I have no word for the care taker and the manager. I don't want to use any slang language here.

My Guests had a Pleasent experience @ Prince Oyo Hotel 12992. The staff was cooperative and well behaved. The Manager Mr.Deep was very professional & helpful. Overall experience was great. Warm & safe Hospitality for Couples are assure. WarmWishes - ByTheJunkYard(r)
