Poor management and unprofessional staff. The way they took blood sample of my two years old,it was like they don't have much experience.I am damn sure if this kind of staff should remains in this hospital then no body will prefer this.

Doctor couple Dr. Charanjit Singh, ENT Specialist n Dr. Upinder Eye specialist are very experienced, very caring, knowledgeable, reassuring, responsible, down to earth, helpful, reliable, attending even at odd hours. They came in handy also during covid period. They did a yeomen service in those trying times. OPD fee and treatment charges are very reasonable at Prime Hospital. It has come around as main multi specialist hospital in the area due to their untiring and self-less service.
