Had to go there in emergency one night
Doctors were available and very helpful
Best orthopaedic hospital in Gwalior. I visited for shoulder problem, Dr Pandey Sir listened to me very patiently, and explained me about frozen shoulder condition. He advised physiotherapy and medicines and I am completely recovered.
Staff is humble and nice.

On 19 MAY 19 my younger brother was admitted in Prime hospital for surgery, I was very disappointed with the staff's attitude and hospital services.
1) Rooms are not clean properly,( we had to changed 2 rooms because of AC ) Dustin bin is very dirty (I told many times to housekeeping staff to change the dustbin bag but he didn't)
2) Toilets were very dirty with full of bad smell.
3)Unskilled Nurse staff( they don't even know how to put the drip on the wrist) my brother was in pain but nurse even can't see him they keep on pushing the injection, we shouted on them then they stopped.
4) In night they had told us to bring the medicine but after 11pm no body had come to check the patient at all.
5) We came to hospital in the morning to check the patient around 6:30am but I surprised to see none of the hospital staff present at the reception, they all were sleeping on the benches. My father had told one of the staff in hospital to put the remaining glucose bottle or injections to the patient but nobody came. we were waiting for somebody, a nurse came after almost 1hour and they were arguing with us.
6) Nurses even don't know how to speak with the patient, they spoke very bad language.
7)U will not get 24 hour medicine in that hospital but in that medicine shop they had mentioned 24hour medicine available.(medicine's are available in the hospital only after 7pm to before 10am)
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT GO IN THIS HOSPITAL
one of my close reletive was admitted in this hospital for shoulder arthoscopic surgery And as a attendent i was also available with this patient and i observed that now many things has been changed .over all experince is good .Behaviour of nursing staff and doctors are also good.The new concept of fracture hospital (exclusive orthopedic services) is best as per gwalior chambal region because now gwalior citizen are also getting superspecility services of orthopedics like arthoscopy . Prior knowing about this hospital my patient was adviced to go Delhi for this surgery but thanks to Dr. Veerandra gupta and their team that he made avaliable this facility in prime hospital, Gwalior. Also thanks to Dr. Vinay Tantuvay for their work

No facility for water fan sleeping for the attendes
Staff seem to be imature and untrained this is just one day experiance
2 nd day ICU
Im still surprised why doctor reffer patients to such hospital putting their reputation at stake
Ultimately patients have to pay money for treatment but treatment is temporary
Its all about commision game
Please dont go to this hospital
On 3 rd day I took my patient to Kalyan Memorial Hospital and she recovered in just next 3 days and dont waist your time and money here.
