This property is a 3BHK service apartment. Located at Madhapur. This was not my first choice had to move here because of a confusion in the previous property that i booked. The rooms were spacious that's it. Nothing else was up to the standards of a service apartment. No basic kitchen amenities like spoons, plates, cups. The water heater in one of the rooms was not working. The people providing service were not customer friendly. Avoid booking rooms in places like Madhapur, near Shilparamam, Hitech City as these places are far off from all the monuments you want to see. Time is spent in travelling and in Hyderabad traffic its it the end of it. Book hotels in location near the old city, Lakdi ka pool, Begumpet and other areas.

It's bit overhyped, the rooms are spacious and staff are responsive/friendly. They have very good breakfast. However, cleanliness could have been better. Walls and floors have dirty marks all over.

Rooms are okay but service and location is good for families with kids. Kids play area is present but restricted still can go for play area.

Don't book these kind of apartment. They will give you one room in flat and other rooms to other person in same flat. May be to bechlors and may be they will do over night party with drinks and music in the hall of flat and there are no rules. I did not sleep today's complete night because of this reason.

Service is very poor but coming to room a service apartment , its good and nicely maintained.The place is really decent, society is really nice. Everything is very approachable whether it be transportation, groceries, market etc.Would definitely recommend people to try it out!!

A pleasant stay in one of the Apartments from 26th Oct to 30th Oct. very specious 3. bhk Apartment for a family of 6 Adults 3 kids. Very polite staff . Manager Mr Vishnu is very Co operative . All Tourists destinations are in range of 15 Km around the property. Ample food Joints available in 5 min walk distance .

I have stayed here around 7 months for an official visit along with my colleagues. We are from Chennai. Such a wonderful place to stay here. We have taken one 3 bhk and one 1 bhk. They will provide all specialties like fridge, washing machine, cooking things. They will clean the room daily. Lift is available, thread mill & cycling available. Good space available to walk in the evening and morning. The playground is available for permanent stay people and kids. Parking lot available on the ground floor for us. An overall good and safe place to stay here.
