Pride Terrace Valley Resort Gangtok - Hotel in Gangtok, Ranipool - East District, India

We stayed here with family for 3 nights. Rooms are good with valley view. But it's restorent is not serving food as per expectations and also charge is too high. Bar is also very highly expensive. Location is 10 to 12 km from m g road. Overall ok.

Nice hotel, with pool and decent rooms.

The rooms were very shabby, unclean with a small bed and smelled of urine!! Could not sleep all night!! Only good thing was the available food!!

The place is real good... Spacious... Good food and above all great ambiance

Worst hotel ever.. we booked the room through go ibibo they took full payment then denied to provide room saying we opted for physical booking of rooms and forgot to show it as sold out online... After all this they were mannerless and unexpectedly rude ..hated the place .. don't visit

Awsum place ......nice ambience..... humbleness of the staff will drop your jaw...if you are a mumbaikar or delhite....terrific feeling....thou its far away from market its worth it....they really care for their customers.....

Went to attend Reception. Area was super neat and clean, including washrooms. I loved my visit there.
