The resort area is big, but there is no maintenance to anything in the resort. Every room or washrooms you go it's like nobody has been in it for many years. Lizards everywhere and very dirty. The food was good, the swimming pool was good, rain dance wAs ok As the sound system and the songs DJ had was not good. There was a magic show by some guy which was good to see. The staff is very irritating, anywhere you go for a ride or any activity the staff would be asking you for tips which is not good for a resort. They need to improve a lot in everything.

The resort has no hygiene. The food is of low quality. There is no cleanliness. I don't recommend it to anyone unless you want to torture yourself.

This 100gm curry costs 299 which is not worth even in case of taste. I suggest everyone who are visiting Pride resort ignore food and have it outside.

Average..water games are restricted only for 1 hour( most of the other resorts don't restrict in water pools) which made us annoyed a lot...no proper maintenance of pools bad smell in water... lot of monkeys in the resort which scared us all the day especially during lunch hour for the food..Food was good..served bisleri water but the seals of all the bottles were opened... didn't understand why?? Good greenery around but need to maintain the cleanliness. Good place for photo shoot

customer service is bull**** .. they doestn't allow you to take food even cool drinks inside..and you will not get food if you go to canteen after 3 . if you are going with family please find an alternative. only the good about the resort is some good scenes for taking photographs..

The experience here was really bad........ Staff there don't even wish.......... Comment on others.... The rooms are so dirty insects all over.......... The food is also not that good........... Should improve your infrastructure.......... The slides are broken.......... N most importantly the staff is so rude.......... This resort is nothing compared to leonia resort. As leonia resort is a good place..... ..... at times this this gives a very bad impression so plzz improve........... Bcz this is India..... Developing India so every thing should be perfect................

I felt everything was fine with the resort except the service people being so rude and commenting on the people especially "Srikant" from the food section was being very rude....untill such rude service men stay in the resort.... . Never the resort gets a five star for sure!!! A very strict action will be taken if this repeats.
