The building landscape of the Resort is good. But overall experience is distastefully bad. The rooms are too small. It's bathroom/toilet is too small and the passage to the bathroom is really disgusting. The light in the bathroom is wholly inadequate for shaving. There's only one dim light in the bathroom. The wardrobe doesn't have any hangers. There are no wall hangers at all. It doesn't have any slippers! And finally, your sleep could be hell if you have any mosquitos. I found many, and couldn't sleep. The staff and manager were helpless and inattentive. They didn't attend to my repeated calls made atleast three times. I faced all such problems when I visited the place and stayed there just for a night in the 3rd week of February 2023. About meals, the worst part is their breakfast. Not much choice. Yogurt was missing when I had ordered paneer paratha. The answer was shortage. The coffee served was too sweet as jaggery. Again, the location of the resort is a huge disadvantage, situated in some barren and backward area, far off from the city. I wandered here there for almost extra 90 minutes to locate it even after Yes, one more good point is their open terrace or balcony attached to perhaps every room.

I had my sister's wedding function thete. It was managed very nicely, best service , Tasty food Thanks to the head chef Ashish , rooms were cleaned, best location.

This is a complete waste of money. The hotel has untrained staff and no facilities at all. In monsoon there is water dripping from every corner of the room. Staff is so untrained that they walk into the room without knocking the door. While making payment they take away customers card to the managers room for swiping saying there is no network at the reception and will have to use mangers Hotspot for connecting. The hotel had few rooms occupied yet they had no food supplies and not even milk. When there was power cut they could not turn on generator saying there is no diesel. They did not even have gas to cook food. In simple words its like throwing away money. Wish I could give negative rating.

Location is very nice. *BUT* staff are insufficient. All staff including maintenance staff and technical staff should be almost 3 times more when you group booking. I was at resort on 21st -22nd may on our Jain social group. Not fully satisfied as my imagination. But after few hours when I visited reception counter with my complaine, one lady staff (mostly named Poonam mam) cooprate me for some special food as I m cancer patient and 70 years old. And room service like TV and AC, I can avail only after 5 pm. Anywas, when you have group booking, you should have sufficient staff.

Very poor service and staff. Hotel is understaffed and whatever staff they have is untrained. I experienced problem with room key, went to reception to get it checked and was made to wait at least an hour before any action was taken. At 7pm at the start of dinner service they were serving cold food. There were more than 3 power cuts. Substandard AC and TV were in the room. There was miniscule water pressure in toilet. How is it possible to have all the problems in the hotel industry in one property?! I don't understand how they could be in business with such ghastly service and derelict property. Instead of relaxing I found myself in the shoes of a critic and inspection officer constantly asking the person (good hearted untrained lady) in the reception to fix things.

Rooms are ok Intercom not working Set top box not working Locks are not working properly Food is not good Service at banquet is very poor THEY CAN PREPARE VERY FEW JAIN ITEMS, So if you go for jain food, then you will get very few options

Its great experience and felt like and star catagory facilities.specially thanks toMr. Arun Kumar GM. and his all new energetic team .a superbly handle every small issue and even mr.ARUN KUMAR is round the clock warrior we found him Awakenand on duty till 2.00 am at night.We had arranged for stay for wedding ,booked many villas really apriciate all staff care and always with positive response.thanks all staff of PRIDE.NOW STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO VISIT.

Great resort but location was quite difficult to find.! Went there for an event. Beautiful place and great food and service. Would love to visit again for a longer stay.
