Must recommend .The value for money. The rooms were clean. I made friends with the staff they were so nice. Will definitely go there again.

I have to been to thes place many times but yesterday I went on my friend's Sangeet. I believe prior this visit whenever I have been at this place I had privilege to have nonveg which was good. Yesterday when I had their veg preparation it was quite disappointing the steam rice was not properly cooked. The food presented as snacks was not that good in taste. I believe they need to work a bit on this segment.

This was a very good experience. Rashmi and shubham did a very great job and the chef somveer prepared a very delicious food. We loved each and every thing would visit it again. Had a very good and a very memorable experience. A must visit place in indore

Booked suite room , checked in at 10 PM , intercom of the room is not working , house keeping team spent half an hour , making all kind of noises and finally spoiled all the phones ( bedroom, drawing room and toilets) Pathetic room service , reception team has no clue , NO duty manager, no one knows GM number , changed the room at 1 AM in the night after scolding the front office team Next day met the duty manage ( so called seems like a bell boy) and his response was ZERO - they damn care about customer this is not the first instance!

Nice hotel with great ambiance Hotel staff is very supportive I will recommend to every my known that just check in this place and enjoy the great atmosphere

I booked for 2 rooms. I would rate it 4 because 1 room was absolutely perfect, other room had odour in washroom which was fixed by housekeeping post raising concern. There was no light on the mirror in the room. Food was delicious, only 1 error, I ordered for boneless chicken biryani but, it came with bones. Nothing kept in mini bar and when I asked for coke at in-room dining, they said it is available only with bar which was closed so, I couldn't get it. Rest check-in, room service, in-room dining, breakfast at restaurant, check-out everything was an excellent experience. Lovely staff. Special thanks to Kajal and Sangeeta at restaurant as they got us everything on our table as we were travelling with a very small baby so, it was difficult to go to the counter and serve for ourself. Thanks to all the staff on duty during our stay. If travelling again, I shall book this hotel again for my stay.

The hotel is located on main road . Rooms and service is good.. Dining hall could have been better and larger..

Enjoyed an evening in suit room with Hotel Guests. Room service was excellent. Variety of Indian snacks and Biryani in dinner was most enjoying food.
