Our family had come over at Hotel Pride for breakfast and the experience was very good. They had a decent variety of items on the breakfast menu, and a lot of healthy options to choose from. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff here is very pleasant and hospitable. Chetana and Krishna delivered prompt services for a big group as ours. All in all we had a great breakfast experience here.

Pro - good location, near airport. Cons everything else - restaurant has ants crawling over you, stale milk which curdled at breakfast in coffee machine. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7am. Food isn't ready until much later. Room needs a touch of paint. Bathroom has water leaking everywhere.

During my stay.. the staff made me wait 30 min as they couldn't find my name in their list! Then when I ordered something in my room to eat they called me at 11 in the night to pay for it immediately as they couldn't wait for that night! But when a mosquito falls in my drink coz of their atmosphere they did change! So basically few of the staff members are warm, few are not! I would not recommend it to anybody. I got to know that the older staff was very good the newer is not! But if you have to stay for a day or two you can choose the place coz it's very near to the airport.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near the Nagpur airport. Rooms and amenities available here are like other three star hotel they will never disappoint you. Didn't tried food here, so can't comment on that. One thing that can be improved is the experience of guest while checking out. It took about 20-25 minutes for me.

Polite staff, good food, spacious rooms. Cleanliness is superb How ever the process of check in and check out is very time consuming.Adeqate staff should be provided. On 17th while checking out at 12 pm one lady was only there to attend check ins and check out of guests. The entrance is not senior citizen friendly.The area from entrance gate to hotel is too steep.

This hotel is located very near to airport, we stayed on the fourth floor. The moments you come out of the lift smell is there. The breakfast buffet is good and especially the fresh tea available. The dinner buffet is OK the gravy items doesn't taste good. The rooms are not maintained the way they need to be
