Pride Biznotel, The Maison Anand - Hotel in Anand - Anand, India

I stayed in pride biznotel hotel during diwali. it was the worst experience i had ever encountered in my life.The had a completely illiterate person on the desk who was extremely rude.I had prebooked the hotel room for 4 days. The day i checked in at night,i told this desk person that i wanted hot water the next morning as i would be going out early.But the next morning,he did not provide hot water.When i called at the desk. he told me that within 15 minutes, i will get hot water which i did not get.The next day, i informed the other hotel staff that i needed hot water early in the morning.They told me that it will be provided for the next morning.Again when there was no hot water, i called the desk and the same illiterate chap was there on the desk and he told me that hot water will come in 15 minutes.I told him that i had already requested for the hot water and what kind of unprofessional behaviour is this,he started shouting at me and i told him that i will complain to the travel website i had booked on,he told that i can do whatever i want.I mean how can such a costly hotel keep such rude illiterate workers and staff and 24 hour hot water is a basic need while we are paying such big amounts

No hot water facility available no fridge available in room and no tv cable connection not minibar available in room.. A very bad experience in such expensive hotel... They need to improve facilities if as they are charging so much from us.

First of all, this is not Pride Biznotel, their affiliation over a month ago but still the hotel using Pride brand name and fooling customers. Rooms are burst than a lodge, cockroaches roaming here n there, AC was not effective, pillows were stinking. Food was pathetic, ordered dinner in the restaurant took 45 mins to reach, very less options. Breakfast: they served poha which was not having salt at all and paratha was damn salty Found lizard close to restaurant lift. Staff was like rowdy fellows. Overall felt cheated and looted by this hotel.

The food was amazing, the service and staff was so helpful and sweet. They made sure of a smooth experience. Rates were also reasonable. We did a group party of 50+ people and we all loved the arrangements. Big banquet hall for a perfect party with speakers.

I was totally impressed with the staff ethics, friendly and well cultured. The house keeping was reasonably ok. The restaurant meal tasty and the chef always try to meet my meal spec. I won't forget to appreciate Mr. Bappi who made my stay very interesting and stress free. But, they need to improve in the laundry service and fumigation

I was treated with the same respect and attention as a regular business traveller. i very much enjoyed my stay at hotel biznotel pride. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was not too bad either, although there are better places in town to eat if you want international cuisine.

I recently stayed at Pride Biznotel Maison Hotel and I must say that it was a great experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, The food was delicious and the service was prompt. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Pride Biznotel Maison Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
