Perfect hotel for business visitors. The breakfast spread is good. More importantly, the staff, especially Saleem, were professional and courteous. Very helpful staff across the hotel. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Very good service and rooms are value for money. They have cafe cum restro inside the premises. Egg dishes available only in terms of non veg.

Not sure about local standard but comparing this place even to cheap European hostel you'll be surprised how bad it is. The only thing I can't complain was a service and staff hospitality. Very poor aircon, loud ventilation in bathroom, paint peeling of from the walls... Overall very disappointed - one of the worst hotel I've been staying in during my business trip.

It was a delight to be at Pride Biznotel. Excellent service from the staff and delicious food, nice green maintained lawn. Convenient location in GIDC as well. It was 2nd offical stay with in 6months, compared to last to this visit noticed that things are not maintained properly. Reported...Shower leakage, tv sound not clear fitness center not operational, But good response after pointing out these 2 points immediately corrected, but Fitness center still not operational, For everything else, I would give them for this time a 3star rating.

The hotel room I got was Deluxe one and the service was very nice and warm. Enjoyed the stay and the view from window was very good. Enjoyed eating too, and the room service was also even great. Only the location is not so welcoming since it is in outer but the service and stay was very good and enjoyable.

Located in a commercial area, it is a great place for overnight stay during business trips. F&B, retail outlets within walking distance & also close to railway station & bus stand. Has comfortable rooms, & the staff is courteous. The complementary breakfast was functional to gear up for business!

Worst experience ever. No safety for guest or their vehicles. I was just coming out of my car and suddenly dog attacked me when i didn't come out dog tore my tyre. When this was happening no one neither watch man nor hotel staff was there till i drove my car till reception area and shouted. Then i come to know this has happened 7th time in last 1 month. Worst scenario is they told me its not their responsibility. They are charging this and safety of guest and their belongings is not their responsibility though its their premises. Atleast watch man or guards should be available the help.
