We stayed here in September 2023. They are unbelievably very good. The rooms are very well maintained. The food is just amazing. The dinner served was much better then we had in our cities. Keep up the best work team.
We visited the hotel with our family, actually it was my son's birthday. Nice arrangements with balloon decorations and the terrace restaurant was cherry on top. Servers are very humble and polite, specially Ganesh and Alisha. Manager will go out of the way make your party special. Recommend you to book your event in advance. Thumbs up for whole team, who are working so hard for their guests. We will reccomend to all our friends. Keep it up

Service was just pathetic, not worth even for a small get-together. Manager was not very supportive on taking suggestions. Food was too bad, cooked in refined oil, though they will show you olive oil bottle but that's only for showcasing or luring you. My suggestions to you is not worth considering for anything. Noodles they cooked was full of salt, no taste. They must learn cooking and on serving. Staff was so lazy super lazy or would say . This industry demands Service quality and good food. I would like to share my lovely experience of Pride Biznotel Haldwani, which was above my expectations. Rooms are well maintain and equipped with all modern facilities. Most important is their roof to Bar and coffee shop which has a Hill view and food is just amazing. Well trained staff.

Speaking of the room, it was spacious, well-designed, and immaculately clean. The rooftop restaurant provided a stunning setting for enjoying delicious meals with the Mountain views. The culinary offerings were diverse, and the attentive staff made dining a pleasure. The dining staff was very much attentive as well. They provide buffet in which dosa, idli, Paratha, bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc. Only the thing is, not so much options were available. Parking was also available at the basement of the hotel. So it was very easy to park any vehicle with safety.
