Unprofessional and untrained staff.They give false and fake commitment.They never show the products which they use ..even after asking ..besides membership they charge exchange during my facial they put vitamin E capsule which they say that it's a part of the facial n later on they asked me to pay Rs.20/- extra for that which isn't worth it.It is not about paying 20/- bugs it's about taking the amount from the client in a wrong manner.As far as today's incident concern so it's like I called them yesterday that I've taken membership so kindly take my booking in between 1:30pm to 2:00pm n today when I reached to their parlour @2:00 they denied to provide the services they said that my appointment was @ 1:00 n when I said that the girl (Archana)who took my appointment told me that u come at 2:00 will provide you good service n later on parlour owner Ms.Supriya n her staff was rude which isn't acceptable... I request to all Haridwar n out of Haridwar ladies to avoid this place ..you are also requested to show that no one can take advantage from the client. We are not fool enough earlier her marketing girl Ms.Manisha was after our life to take membership n after taking it this is the service and commitment which they're giving.. very poor service
