Typical Goan lathargic staff with no sales, skills, communication ettiquettes or the will to go any extra yard! Before buying we noticed that the burner covers had rust and when it was brought to the notice of the staff and was asked to replace she said "Jo hai yahi hai!" ( We have what we have ) Even the owner when asked to do a lil bit of modification in bill name said Not Possible! Non adjusting, non customer friendly shop with expensive prices and no value for customers! A wonderful Indian brand like Prestige have given franchise to the wrong set of people! Completely avoid this outlet!

Centrally located on the main road of Panaji. The store has a wide range of products. The team managing is competent.

Good products but , rigid and non corporate staff

Purchased a gas stove from the store chose to buy prestige considering it as good brand, the service was amazing made us fell it's the best brand to buy from!! It's been a year since we purchase it it's under warranty but the stove has just not worked as per expectation!! The flame is not proper it's to big or to small!! M not sure if the prestige company is waiting till my house catches on fire to solve my issue or what!! I would strongly recommend to first check if thy have spare parts of the product your buying!!

The shop has a decent collection of Prestige home appliances. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The billing is also prompt. The reason I have not rated it 4 stars is because the shop has rather odd timings. They seem to open well after 10.15 am in the morning and the they open well after 3.30 PM post lunch. I had two failed visits there once at about 3.25 PM and once at 10.10 AM.

I visited this place staffs are good and well communicate if you visit. They provide details with all understanding from your requirement. Prices are seems to be fixed. They already put it with discount. They are very transparent even they can show you the best buy value Directly. But who know what's true. Yes now a days there is facility with online shopping but trust me some things are there like experience and practicle problem that consumer face after sales. That suggest best even your aware about it.

Sonali the sales lady is knowledgeable, professional and helpful we have been dealing with her for a fair few years! Excellent service backed up by Rajesh the proprietor. I had a bad experience with their old service person from St Inez service centre due to which I stopped buying prestige products. Everything changed with my visit to Janta Auto sales prestige dealers on 18 June road Panaji yesterday 07/02/2020 to buy spare gaskets. Rajesh happened to mention when I was about to leave that he had not seen us for a while as we were good customers frequenting the showroom? I explained what happened as above. He was said that they closed that centre due to complaints. After that he was extremely helpful asking me to bring the product, which was settled today, by making us very satisfied and happy customers. Thank you.
