The sales campaign at Sai Engineering apartment, Urapakkam on 09/07/2023 is nicely organised. Many apartment residents are benefited. I request you to organise this type of camp every year.

They have latest add-ons in Prestige in their store. And I got utensils for good price in the exchange offer . And the staffs were kind enough in explaining and showing the products we need.

They have variety and readily available inventory of models. Also they do accept exchange of old utensils.. Negative is no return policy and no service done here.

Very poor costumer care. The female sales person was very rude, impatient and couldn't clearly explain the terms and conditions of the exchange offer happening in the store. In the exchange offer 'anything for anything' we have to buy a product in exchange for one product only, it's really tricky how the exchange works (higher the price of the product we purchase the more will be the exchange rate of the product we give, however the same product's exchange rate will be less, if we buy a cheaper product) which was not mentioned in the advertisement. Even exchanging the appliances in a scrap shop would be of more benefit. Great business tricks, good luck with fooling us.

As the other users have mentioned, Please DO NOT shop here. They sell very old stocks, which doesn't work from the very first use. If you call up, they tend to be arrogant and say that they sell even products dated 2017, but not bothered. We need to follow-up with Service center. So better order through online which has a 7day return policy.

Worst service by the female in the shop like all said in the comments, she never response the questions we ask and answers irrelevant. And never let's us complete our questions. My bad, went through the comments only after going to shop. I doubt the positive comments about the lady in the shop are made up ...

Very worst shop. They don't know how to talk with customer. Sales employee is very rude while returning defect product. They have all old stocks nothing is working properly

Worst shop ever I have seen..sales women acts like owner and behaves very arrogant and rude.. she don't even know to respect customer..she talks in phone and laughing with her boyfriend.if we ask anything she don't listen even..she won't respond for customers...such a irritating lady!
