My recent interaction with Prestige Changanacherry has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased an Express Mixer from their store, only to discover that it was faulty from the start. Despite two and a half months passing, the issue remains unresolved, and Prestige Changanacherry offers no timeline for a fix. Adding to the frustration, the staff's behavior was utterly unprofessional and rude. Their discourteous treatment of customers is inexcusable. I strongly discourage anyone from considering Prestige Changanacherry for their electronic needs.

Very Bad Experience with prestige Changanacherry. I gifted a rice cooker which was brought from prestige Changanacherry was not working. Since I brought a new product having guarantee,they didn't help to replace the product instead they repaired it at told it is having no complain. How can someone buy a new product and given to repair? The salesman and salesgirl was really rude and they don't have a good behaviour talking to customer. Don't buy anything from prestige Changanacherry. They will cheat you.. DONT TRUST PRESTIGE CHANGANACHERRY
