Food taste is not too good and bad Not organised Service is bit good

The food wasn't tasty at all, which is why their service is so good, people fall for their polite staff and approaching interaction, while having food they regret they shouldn't be dining in, I myself witnessed it looking around to make sure am I the only one here who didn't liked the food or.... and to be shocked there were not just one or two table customer had regret on their face when they walked off the restaurant after having their meal.

Very rigid staff. The entire staff is instructed with rules and regulations that guests must follow. I wonder if the hotel is running an insecurity check but surely will for lack of hospitality. The Ac room is manipulated if guest sit for long. We had a meeting and ordered food and beverages. The AC goes off and you can feel the heat. Nice way of shoooing off customers. Whoever concerned must go into the roots of it Or maybe that's a strategy of closing a restaurant and bringing up a mall in its place...like many other.

Entered this good looking joint just outside Andheri station East. But was highly disappointed. They offer you water in a plastic glass and serve you in a plastic plate a total turn off. The prices of the food are definitely much higher compared to the way they serve the food in the plastic plates. Or should i say used and abused plastic plates which definitely gives you an indication as to how old these plates are and how desperately they need to be replaced.

One of the managers in the restaurant was very rude. When I offered to pay for one of their staff member for a cup of tea . He denied to me and said ki bahar Jaa ke pilana yaha nahi. So this shows how they show respect to their customers and how they can't take it that a person taking the dishes from table can sit to have a cup of tea in there

We are eating here, we took paratha, veg angara, roti & masala papad, jeera rice . We found paratha is over burned and asked person to give proper one, the service person talked & gave back same over burned paratha after few minute. Unhappy with the service and food quality. Don't expect such things from this hotel, so read carefully before visiting.

We often visit here for lunch and snacks . They have AC restaurant as well as normal one. Food quality is delicious...and food rates are also normal... We tried dosa and lassi and mosambi juice which was amazing during this summer season.

Very bad food experience. Food charges are moderately high as compared to food & services. Pav bhaji was worst & Combination rice was burnt & tasteless. Sitting in AC room is way more congested.
