Service engineers are good, but they need to be reached out directly. Don't waste time raising complaints with the prestige app as they won't get addressed on time
They will but after complaining on high level .Also use social media if find problem. I was told that they have to check for gaskets.In Oct 23 I gave order and then got in Nov 23 last.
One of the most worst shop I ever visited and the owner who is running the service center is not even educated how to to talk to some one. It is waste of time to visit and all your items which are given for repair will never be repaint this service center I think it there business to keep the items for more time so you leave it and they can sell that in second hand value.

"I gave my prestige mixer for service which was still under warranty. I had my warranty card, but I didn't have the bill to claim warranty. The person took for service mentioned to me that if you have the bill, you can claim the warranty, so he informed me to get the bill. I couldn't find the bill & I had the purchase proof in my credit card statement showing the date of purchase, but he told he wants the bill showing the date of purchase & he clearly told if you don't have the bill pay Rs280 for the spares & service. I informed that I would get the bill soon, so I went to the TTK godown & begged them for bill, they took the details after many requests & asked me to come after 10days. I went there again after 3 days & got the bill. I appreciate the TTK person who is working there in the billing section, he was helpful & very kind person. I came back to service center & showed the bill to the service person, the moment I said warranty he asked me to wait attending customers who came after me. After 15mins he took the bill & told me you have to pay Rs280. Was surprised & told him this is under warranty & other person told me to get the bill to claim warranty & told without warranty pay Rs280. he was very rude & not ready to talk to me. I asked them to remove the replaced part & return the mixer in the same condition. you know what he has done he took off replaced part & returned without replacing old one. The issue with my mixer was carbon brush worn out, you know the price of that part? its only Rs30 in outside shops, they are charging Rs280. This service station is making money like anything by replacing small spares & looting money from customers. Why do we prefer to buy branded items rather than non branded ? because they will have good service network & durable products. If these kind of service available in the market then we should be careful, Now I don't trust TTK anymore & don't think I will buy any TTK products from now on. I am going to write an email to TTK prestige & circulate this in all social networks. so that no one should visit this place for service.
Careless, Inefficient, unorganized ... like all other prestige service centers. Your items will be strewn across the floor as shown in the picture below.
Must be one of the worst serve centre's. I had purchased a 1.5 liter electric kettle from Girias in Nov 2021 & the unit failed. When enquired, I was asked to take it to the Yelankha service centre, when I took the kettle there with the bill & warranty card, there they said that the heating element has failed needs to be replaced & it will a weeks time. Called after a week to check if the kettle was ready, they said need more time as the heating element wasn't available. Called after a week again & they said the same story & this time the asked for the warranty card to which I said it was given to you folks when I gave the unit for repair. Now they lost the warranty card & claim that it was not given to them. The cost without the warranty card will cost Rs. 500/- odd. I'd rather buy a new one than spending on the replacement cost. What a con job this service centre is doing in broad daylight.
Spare parts not available for clip on pressure cooker repairs, took nearly 2 months to say he couldn't repair, had follow up.
The On / Switch on our Kettle got spoiled in December 2021. Today 11th April 2022 its spoiled again. Took it to service center, they replaced it, charged me for it & said 1 months Warranty. ONLY 1 MONTHS WARRANTY. Not acceptable
