Most luxurious project. Looks so posh and lively. The view is amazing in the evening. The cost is justified for the quality and the amenities. Shall be moving in as soon as possible.
The best residential project in the neighbourhood. The quality is excellent. All amenities are at one's disposal, which one could think of. A lot of open area . The units are also well planned. The price and worth comparison is also justifiable. The only drawback is the slum situated near the lake. Overall it's a great project to invest because of it's location.
The project is close to dodkalsandra metro station, has good number of schools and couple of malls coming up in kanakpura road. Locality is around BDA area with wide road and well distanced by lake. Expecting kaveri connection in coming days. Only drawback is slum at one side of the lake. Project progress is good and handover has started. Amenities and construction are of good quality. Overall, a good choice considering price appreciation.
Worst association rules. Be careful about the rules before buying a property. How you have to live your life will be decided by association in your own property.
