Prestige Finsbury Park - Housing society in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Booked an apartment for my uncle here recently considering its growth potential in the next decade. Even though it's far off from the city centre but it's hardly 10mins from T2 terminal of KIAL. This being a KIADB land, issues surrounding acquisition and litigations are nil as such earmarked areas for aerospace industries have enormous potential to attract big companies to set up parks here as they have government assurance with regards to land electricity and in the near future piped water supply.

4 stars, as it's quite inside from the main road. Plan is nice, good natural light in the bedrooms.

Wait is Over!! The Prestige Finsbury project is ready, sharing the glimpse I experienced recently.

Never expected such kind of poor quality delivery from Prestige. Looks like there was no quality check done for the flats and they keep on fixing when you ask them to do so. It's difficult for 1st time buyer to find out all the issues. At the time of sell you will be given huge hope and quality work, they won't allow you to see the flat until and unless you pay in full so that you do not block the payment looking at the quality. I might have to take now the legal action against the quality. I would not prefer adding prestige to my life going forward.

I had booked a 1BHK flat in 2020 Aug . at the time there was an offer of zero pre EMI till registration by Prestige [to push the sales after covid]. However from September 2023 onwards I am forced to pay PRE EMI [of INR 47640] . The registration is not yet complete and Prestige is not taking any responsibility of Pre EMI. ICICI is taking advantage of this and delaying the EMI deduction. In other words you will have to pay the interest due to the delay by Prestige. The promise of NO Pre EMI is found to be false. Please avoid getting into any such deal in future. In addition even though this was a combined offer by Prestige & ICICI, there is no real co-ordination between them, they keep asking customer to get xyz document from other part and will blame each other for any issues

Getting calls from loan and interior guys clearly saying that the information has been shared by prestige guys. I tried raising this concern to Project head Mr. Pulkit and he asked me to go and check with "telephone authority of India"... I have tried raising this with CRM and Sales manager but it seems nobody is interested. They are rude and unprofessional to the core. Beware.

This is my dream house. After a lot of research I booked this apartment, when this land was flat in January 2020. As soon as I bought, unexpected Lockdown came up in March 2020. I was worried what will happen, but a Very Big Thanks to brand PRESTIGE that it kept the words and still they are on track to deliver in 3rd quarter of 2023. I visited every 6 months since I bought and witnessed how they continuously worked in Corona times and till now to make it complete. Also thanks to Suwetha Mam for answering each and every question I have till now. Attached 2 photos, one is from back in 2020 and other one is latest photograph of my tower which is almost complete.
