Very poor customer service today we delivered a new kia car with full net payment,very bad experience, before payment they call you 100 times after payment they won't even attend your phone, the incharge persons was not present known that today is our car delivery,why there are other staffs in the showroom I don't know if we ask any doubt they say just contact your incharge person the incharge person won't even attend our phone, they promised 10 litre of fuel now they are saying when we promised very bad experience

The Manager of Kia , Namakkal branch , Varadharaj, was fully supportive and helpful. The staff , Vignesh was also polite and kind to us. The whole team is very much appreciated and we are fully satisfied with the product arrived
