Not happy with the service. The phone number provided was not reachable when we wanted to ask for early check-in. So we mailed the provided email address. Still we did not get an early check-in. Also between our stay for 2 nights, they did not clean the room.

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The place reeked of an unpleasant odor, and the room was rundown with peeling paint, stained bedspreads, and a sagging mattress. The bathroom was filthy, and the noise from thin walls made sleep impossible. None of the promised amenities were up to par, and the staff's indifference to my complaints was the final straw. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

Once a world class hotel has turned into a dainty dark house. Rooms do not have lights, broken/ rusty furniture, and staff who are clueless. There are better hotels at much cheaper rates available around the area.

Pathethic room service and management team. Even though I was referring to the problem caused by Agoda website, the hotel staff still did not understand and did not listen to what I had to say. Also at the end they gave the excuse that they dont want to give me and my wife the room that we booked from agoda because I absued, which is completely wrong. Thought of sharing this horrible situation that I and my wife had to share. Please stay away from this hotel and their staff as they are very rude and unethical

The hotel staff Is pathetic have no sense of talking to customers. Rooms have false promises made and the owners are have no sense of customer service. Do not waste your money by going here.

Had purposefully put a very random comment to see the owner's reaction. Which was very cheap! The reason I am giving you 1 star is because I requested an extra bed paid for it in advance and received a badly damaged extra bed on which even my 6 year old could not sleep. On multiple requests to the manager he did not update or change the bed. Destroyed my vacation. So thank you Jackass!!

A little perl in the middle of nowhere. A clean, well maintained pool and beautifully decorated rooms. It's not cheap but worth the price. Lovely and helpful staff. The plastic green around the pool is a bit odd and could be replaced with natural green, although it might be difficult to keep in shape. All in all, it is definitely a place i can recommend, if alone, as a couple or with friends.

Average ambiance with worst service Staff is very in cooperative and rude. You can visit there only if you have a capability to server your self by your own because the staffs doesn't know how to provide hospitality to the customers. Even you can not raise a complaint against the staff because there is no responsible person to tackle with the situation. The reception is handled by the cook . If you want a room service there is no staff siting in the reception to pick up your call. Most important thing you can not stay in the hotel after the check out even you are not allowed to use washrooms and if you do that then staff will behave like a stranger with you. At last the ambiance and the rooms of the hotel is good but service is below average.
