I agree with others about management, reception, administration mishandling for the appointments, but Dr. Ramesh has God given cure in his hand. He is the best pediatrician in Hyderabad I believe. He listens carefully, his smile, his understanding and proper medicine is a blessing. My son is 5 yrs old, having developmental delay, seizures history and we visit only him for any concern of my child. I have no idea of the Gynecologist here. Hospital is clean and has rides.

The process followed here to consult doctor is really worst. Even though you call prior and take appointment, where a token number is given, the system here doesn't follow the sequence. The management at the reception manipulate the series to the known personal to them. Doctor is be good, he checks up and gives good medicines. Wouldn't recommend this hospital, just because of improper management.

Doctor Ramesh sir was best for treating the kids health with more patience and clearing each and every doubts of parents was so good, hospitality and so far as admin people was so nice at receiving, and having complimentary diet counseling was great,

Worst Worst Worst Management, They do not give proper appointment timings, doest know anything and doesn't lift the calls most of the times. Hospital still exists only because Doctor is good or else its 1 star maintenance Hospital.

Bad experience with the reception people they don't know how to talk with patients and very rude in taking appointments. I request management to please check this on priority.

Waste of time even though appointment is fixed with Time. Waiting is too much and they are allowing others to go in our given appointment time. Better don't prefer this hospital. Doctor is fine but management is not at all good. They are using FIFO( First in First out) method not depending on appointment.
