The collection is too good..Sales executive named pathipaaka Naresh is too good at his work,shown us many good designs depending on our requirements with patience..He is very polite and respectable..i would rate him 5 out 5..Hospitality and the way of receiving the customers by the sales persons here and mainly the collection made us feel to visit this store again and again..

Wide range collection for jewellery. Staff behaviour is polite and good. Making charges and others is affordable compared to others. Only bangles collections are few for light weight. But, finally worth it and recommended.

Such an awful experience with PSJ. It took more than 3 hours for billing even after the payment completion. We've taken items of nearly 12L worth and there's no proper response or guidance from the staff and payment/billing process is a bigger mess. Cashier team will have no idea for what item we're paying and no receipt will be given for the paid amount. All we have to do is that we've to run after the staff saying that we've made the payment. We're vexed up waiting and waiting hours together with a months old baby. After all the waiting, we've told minimal changes for the item we've purchased and we're told that the item will be door delivered, it's been almost 2 weeks but we haven't received the item yet and all our money was already collected. After a lot of follow up they finally told that item is ready and some extra amount need to paid for the changes been told, but no bills/ receipt was sent for that and are expected to pay the amount. How come a customer can pay without any explanation or receipt ? They're mean to us and dropped off the call when asked the same. Do you think this is the acceptable behavior towards your clients after completion of the payment and item remained uncollected ? 12L is not the small amount at-least for us.

The range is quite good Though the shop size and decor is a bit intimidating They do a deduction of 10-12% wastage But instead they don't charge making charges for children/small items

Visited this place to buy vaddanam for my sister . It's a really nice gold jewellery shop . They have very trendy designs in everything . From long chains , medium chains , chocker, necklaces , rings , lockets etc . They also have diamond , platinum , silver collection . Very trendy designs I must say . You are someone who stays few km near to this showroom , then surly visit it . It's a 3 stored building with fancy interiors and so many staff members . My suggestion is , visit it during the weekdays if you are really planning to buy something because on the weekends it gets too much crowded and there will not even be chairs available to sit and all the staff will be busy showing customers . It will take hours to get the billing done because of the crowd . It gets hard to choose peacefully . So visit during mon to Friday . Sunday the shop is closed . What I noticed here is . They don't actually display their models on the walls . That is why you can see empty walls when compared to other gold showrooms but they have so many designs that on request will be shown to customers . The storage boxes that they give with the product are very durable and long lasting .

The collection is too good, but it takes you the same time to bill the items For me it took half an hour to select merchandise but it took me 20 mins for billing .. You need to have patience here
