The gym is quite mentionable for one of its trainer soumen das.. A humble person with an ample amount of knowledge of training and most importantly always ready to help.. The use of machines becomes easier with his proper guidance and you get to be in right posture while doing cardio and abs if he is around..

I love this gym just because the trainers are young and can understand the young members requirements very well and the most attractive part of this gym is of the immense avenues of competitive Bodybuilding...

Very pathetic gym. Extemely dirty & full of dust. Not a single equipment is ever cleaned. No ventilation and stinks of sweat all the time The trainers have 0 interest is training anybody. Bottom floor is for weight training without any space to put weights. Smelly and highly likely to fall on each other

I have been working out in this gym for 2 months now, it's spacious, neat n clean with 2 floors. One floor is for Cardio and the other is for weight training. The trainers are very helpful and guides well. I have been training under Prakash Prasad and already lost 6 kgs. I was 71kgs when I joined and within 2 months , I have become 65kgs. Prakash is an excellent trainer and helps everyone around. I would recommend everyone who wants a healthy life to join in here !

I joined this gym around 2 months back. This gym has a different ambience altogether. Within 2 months I've lost few kgs and I can totally see the difference. I do training under Prakash who has helped me throughout. His unique exercise helped me to develop myself very quickly. I would definitely recommend Prakash as P.T. All the staffs got a pretty good behavior.

One of the best place for fitness training. Equipments ,space and everything is good.All above you will get good trainers who understands you and design training programs accordingly.
